Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Account details — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
  • Your content — the prompts you enter and the scripts, audio, and videos the service generates for you, stored so your projects keep working.
  • Billing records — your credit balance and a ledger of credit movements. Card details go directly to our merchant of record (Dodo Payments); we never see or store card numbers.
  • Technical basics — logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security, rate limiting, and debugging; and, if enabled, privacy-respecting product analytics to understand feature usage.

2. How we use it

To run the product: generating your videos, keeping your account and credit balance correct, preventing abuse, fixing problems, and improving the service. Your prompts and generated content are processed by the AI and media providers that power the pipeline (e.g. language-model, voice-synthesis, and rendering infrastructure) solely to produce your output. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share with

Only the service providers needed to operate Idea to Motion: cloud hosting and storage, AI model providers used during generation, Dodo Payments for checkout and tax handling, and analytics (if enabled). Each receives only what it needs. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember device preferences — not for third-party advertising.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your account data and projects while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by emailing us; billing ledger entries are retained as long as legally required for accounting.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll honour them.
