Idea to Motion ("we", "us") is an AI video studio: you provide a prompt, and the service generates a script, voiceover, and rendered motion-graphics video you can download. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or violate these terms.
Creating, editing and previewing videos is free and unlimited. You pay only to export a finished video, and only above the free quality tier: 720p exports are free (watermarked, with a monthly allowance), while 1080p, 2K and 4K are charged on the finished video's length and resolution. The exact price is shown before you export.
Payment works as a prepaid balance held in real currency. Top-ups are one-time purchases processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and invoices. A top-up adds exactly the amount you paid — there is no bonus balance and no conversion. Your balance does not expire and is non-transferable. You pay once per video: re-exporting the same video after an edit costs nothing, and moving it to a higher resolution charges only the difference. If an export is charged but fails to start, the money is returned to your balance automatically.
Voice generation runs on your own third-party provider key, so any charges for it are billed to you by that provider, not by us.
Unused balance can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us at the address below with your account email. Amounts already spent on exported videos are not refundable, but a failed export is never your loss: re-exporting a video you have already paid for is free, so a render that fails or comes out unusable can simply be run again at no charge. If that still doesn't resolve it, write to us and we'll make it right.
You keep ownership of the prompts and materials you provide. To run the service we need a limited licence to process them (that is what generating your video is). Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the videos you produce and may use them commercially. AI-generated output can be imperfect — review videos (including any factual claims) before publishing them.
Don't use Idea to Motion to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive (e.g. impersonation), hateful, or harassing; don't attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't resell access without our written agreement.
Idea to Motion is an early-stage product provided "as is" without warranties. We may change features, pricing of new purchases, or these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Balance you already hold keeps its value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
