Idea to Motion ("we", "us") is an AI video studio: you provide a prompt, and the service generates a script, voiceover, and rendered motion-graphics video you can download. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or violate these terms.
Producing a video consumes credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and invoices. Credits are not money, carry no cash value, don't expire, and are non-transferable. The credit cost of each video is shown before you confirm production. If a production run fails to start after you were charged, the credits are automatically returned.
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us at the address below with your account email. Credits already spent on produced videos are not refundable, but if a render fails or the output is unusable, write to us and we'll make it right (re-run or credit return).
You keep ownership of the prompts and materials you provide. To run the service we need a limited licence to process them (that is what generating your video is). Subject to these terms and applicable law, you own the videos you produce and may use them commercially. AI-generated output can be imperfect — review videos (including any factual claims) before publishing them.
Don't use Idea to Motion to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive (e.g. impersonation), hateful, or harassing; don't attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't resell access without our written agreement.
Idea to Motion is an early-stage product provided "as is" without warranties. We may change features, pricing of new purchases, or these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Credits you already hold keep working. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
